I am a creator of books (self-published on Amazon), screenplays (written on Final Draft), blogs (posted on WordPress) and YouTube videos (at first using Adobe Premiere Pro and now the more challenging After Effects). I even design the covers to my books, having mastered Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. But my best tool is my above average intellect honed through a wide range of reading and a B.S. in Biology coupled with a first-rate imagination. Yes, I am one of those Creative Types deemed normal in SoCal and strange in normal places.
I have written six screenplays, all except one has placed in various Hollywood competitions, but none has ever caused a Producer to turn to an eager assistant, Sandy, and yell, "Dammit, let's get this thing made or you'll be back to adding that all important thirty-first ingredient to a latte at Starbucks!" I have converted two of my best screenplays into books so that... 1) All the work and imagination that I put into them does not go to waste, as anyone can read them as they would a novella. 2) I can perhaps airdrop hundreds of copies over Hollywood with the hope that Sandy can pick one up and take it to her boss to, dammit, get the thing made!
